The protection of your personal data is very important to Polly Translation. I therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with the statutory regulations (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act [TKG] 2003). The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the context of my website and my business activities as a language service provider (translator, editor).<\/p>\n

1. Privacy Policy for the Website of Polly Translation<\/h3>\n

a. Using this Website<\/h4>\n

To use this website, you do not have to provide any personal data such as name, address or email address.<\/p>\n

b. Contacting Me<\/h4>\n

If you contact me by email, the data you provide will be stored on the email server for twelve months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR). I will not disclose these data to third parties without your express consent.<\/p>\n

Please note that when transmitting data over the Internet (e.g. by email), there can be security gaps. It is not possible with electronic communication to protect your data completely from third-party access.<\/p>\n

c. Data Storage<\/h4>\n

In order to be able to provide you with an offer or a cost estimate and for the purpose of contract processing, I will store the following data: name, address and email address. The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data, the contract between you and Polly Translation cannot be concluded. Your data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of the data to my tax advisor for the fulfillment of my tax obligations.<\/p>\n

All data will be processed in accordance with the statutory provisions pursuant to Article 96 (3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and\/or (b) (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR<\/a>.<\/p>\n
